Tom Edgar

Tom is President of T. R. Edgar & Associates, a Consulting firm specializing in Executive Reward Programs.

He is the principal author of a Career Progression Program that was copyrighted several years ago. This Program has been successfully implemented in over 50 companies throughout the United States, serving both as a fundamental compensation system and a bidding system in the Professional Services Industry.

He has worked with many CEOs in designing competitive compensation programs for senior management - ones that balance the needs of the individual executive with the strategic objectives of the Company.

Prior to starting his own Consulting practice, Tom spent over 25 years in the corporate world where he served as a senior manager and principal Human Resources executive for a major bank and for 3 professional services companies supporting the Federal Government, primarily DOD.

Tom is a Certified Compensation Professional, a designation granted by the American Compensation Association.

Tom has a graduate degree in Human Resources and over 30 years of experience, either as a Corporate Executive or Consultant.

Tom has served as Chairman of the Board of a small government contractor and currently serves on the Board of other companies in Northern Virginia.
